Farmers in Argentina have increased their use of fertilizers this year, driven by favorable prospects for corn and wheat crops. Across the Southern Cone, producers have been replacing fertilizers with high concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus with lower-concentration products, responding to prices and fluctuations in global fertilizer availability.
