This is a solo episode, and I'd like to tell you a story about the past and future of Human Design.  Book a Frequency Detecting Session at https://www.samzagar.com/frequency-detecting Or find me on Instagram - @samzagar

Paul's back for our sixth podcast episode, and this one is going to help you identify your heart center programming. This conversation started by covering the 2Hz, 20Hz, and 200Hz frequencies, describing them as childlike, seductive, and professional/leadership-oriented, respectively. Then we discussed the 3Hz, 30Hz, and 300Hz frequencies, noting that 3Hz is often "invisible" and security-focused, while 30Hz is often associated with the beauty industry and 300Hz with public-facing leadership. We also covered the 4Hz, 40Hz, and 400Hz frequencies, describing 4Hz as the most casual and invisible, 40Hz as competitive and drama-oriented, and 400Hz as having a "Tim Burton" or goth aesthetic. Throughout the conversation, Paul and I used examples of celebrities and personal acquaintances to illustrate how these frequencies manifest in behavior, appearance, and career choices. Paul's back for our fifth podcast episode, and this one made me laugh more than any of the others.   In this conversation we're focusing on the frequency system, dual energies, and the impact of substances on archetypes.   Paul and I discussed how the dual energies of 3, 6, and 9 create internal conflicts and how certain drugs can temporarily lock individuals into specific frequencies, particularly benefiting sixes.    Paul explained some of the problematic nature of 4-6-8 archetypes, the differences between 2, 3, and 4 energies and how he knows that Michael Jackson was innocent.   The conversation also covered common questions Paul is tired of answering, such as Reflector misconceptions and archetype summaries.   I went full 7 and shared two magical, personal stories about teaching a child to reality jump and what leaves make wishes come true (which Paul interpreted as macro-scripted easter eggs).    We ended by recommending movies and shows with simulation clues, so that you can integrate this information while resting and being entertained.   There was also a *hidden code* in this episode for a surprise discount off of my Frequeny Detecting sessions.   Book a Frequency Detecting Session at https://www.samzagar.com/frequency-detecting Or find me on Instagram - @samzagar Find Paul LaMarca's book - EXPOSED Paul's Instagram for a Frequency Summary - @irreversibleinfluence

Paul's back for our fourth podcast episode!   The episode both starts and concludes with Paul reading from his book "Exposed" focusing on the 4Hz and 400Hz frequencies, and included discussion about Paul's upcoming audiobook release!   We focused on typing children specifically ages 8 and older, with Paul explaining that certain frequencies like 400Hz, 4Hz, and 40Hz have specific behavioral markers and emotional patterns. Our conversation touched on how parents could support children with different frequencies, with Paul emphasizing that understanding these patterns helps parents respond appropriately rather than reacting negatively.    We also discussed health susceptibility across different frequencies, with Paul explaining which individuals are most susceptible to parasites and which frequencies provide natural protection.  Book a Frequency Detecting Session at https://www.samzagar.com/frequency-detecting Or find me on Instagram - @samzagar Find Paul LaMarca's book - EXPOSED Paul's Instagram for a Frequency Summary - @irreversibleinfluence

Paul LaMarca's back for a third episode! In this conversation we discussed the concept of cognition in Human Design, describing it as a superpower for detecting frequencies. Paul explained the six types of cognition, focusing on outer vision as the most advanced for reading frequencies from facial geometry. We talked about how these abilities work like muscles and can be strengthened with use. Paul shared his perspective on how I use my taste cognition for frequency sampling in my Body Jumping sessions. Paul touched on the stories of Adam and Eve and the Book of Revelation, as encrypted blueprints for archetypal frequencies. We also discussed the roles of different soul themes and archetypes in the simulation, likening the experience to an escape room for some players. We ended with advice on optimizing the micro-script through clarity, nutrition, and sleep. Paul LaMarca's back for another provocative conversation about the simulation. This episode focuses on Paul's work decrypting the simulation and the frequency blueprint underlying systems like Human Design, Astrology, and the Enneagram. We dive deeper into specific energy frequencies, and explore which are the more "problematic" and why they come across that way. Our conversation is a great juxtaposition between Paul's 5 and my 7, because he keeps it real and data driven, and I make sure people's feelings get considered. This is the second in a series of many conversations to come. Find me at www.samzagar.com Or on Instagram - @samzagar Find Paul's book - EXPOSED Paul's Instagram - @irreversibleinfluence

Join Paul LaMarca and I for a highly mutative and anticipated conversation about Frequency Typing. This episode focuses on Paul's work decrypting the simulation and the frequency blueprint underlying systems like Human Design, Astrology, and the Enneagram. We discussed how Human Design was an encryption rather than a literal system, and how Paul's frequency typing provides deeper clarity than the traditional mechanics. I share my journey from classical Human Design to integrating Paul's revelations, and we explored how frequency, soul themes, and amplitude explain behavior, preferences, and identity more accurately than previous frameworks. We address common questions about typing, the limitations of charts, and the concept of the simulation as an experience rather than a place. Our conversation also covered how this information could empower individuals, the predictability of human expression through cymatics, and the impact of understanding frequency on relationships and self-perception. This is the first in a series of many conversations to come. Find me at www.samzagar.com Or on Instagram - @samzagar Find Paul's book - EXPOSED Paul's Instagram - @irreversibleinfluence

The way a Projector moves will change their life. Manifestors manifest, and sacrals attract - but Projectors don't do either, so how do they step into their ease filled life? It has everything to do with how they step; their speed, their intention, their grace, their balance, their presence.... My recent move was a major lesson in trusting my authority. Hanna Williams is back to interview me about my experience on the property I moved to with my horse, and the disaster that ensued when my married landlord got the hots for me. If you've ever been creeped out and nervous and didn't know how to handle it - this episode will give you some guidelines. Join myself, Sam Zagar and special guest Hanna Williams for an expressive and cheeky episode about how conflict is God(dess)ly.  Hanna has a defined world view (a what?) that when shared helps me reframe and reconsider my own. We talk about Human Design, her spiritual practice, her devotion, her humanness, her test run as a step mom, her recent shift in relationship status, and her upcoming course on conflict.  We are two splenic Projectors who call it like we see it - so tune in if you're up for a little entertainment with a hint of enlightenment.
