Last episode we introduced you to my dear friend, Upe. Now, t’s time to hear Upe’s interview with Hans Muth. Airhead aficionados know Hans produced designs for legendary BMW motorcycles including the R90S, R100RS, R 80 G/S and R65 LS. Muth’s work and landmark styling were key to helping BMW maintain viability with its Motorrad division in the 1970s and early 80s. One note about this interview—the audio signal we had for Hans leaves a bit to be desired and we apologize for this on the front end. Yes, it sounds like it's coming thru the original trans-Atlantic cable—but—we had one chance to get Hans for this and had to roll with it.
