At Torien, an upscale yakitori experience was had, where Max failed at making champagne connections, and Jordan had little heart, but the tail and knee made it all work. Then, Max finally visited Torrisi, where the Major Food Group elements all took center stage, the sandwich was an issue, and the bird happily flew right down the throat.
