The ballistic match that prosecutors say connects Dr. Michael McKee to the murders of his ex-wife and her husband is now central to the case against him. McKee, a 39-year-old vascular surgeon, pleaded not guilty on January 23rd to four counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of Monique Tepe and Dr. Spencer Tepe. On staff. Working.How did he get that license in the first place? A malpractice attorney in Nevada had been trying to serve McKee for two years. More than 250 who surrendered their licenses were able to practice in new states - a third with zero limitations.
