165. Washington Nationals Kevin Frandsen Lane Thomas & Pittsburgh Pirates Slugger Jack Suwinski

The Jim on Base show hit the road to Pittsburgh, PA! Young Pirates slugger, Jack Suwinski, joined the show from the Pirates dugout & reflected on growing up in Chicago. Suwinski also opened up on some of his interests off the field when he’s not hitting home runs!

Washington Nationals infielder, Lane Thomas, said hello from the first base line & shared who his favorite Cardinals players were while growing up. Lane also has a baby on the way & shared his excitement to be a new dad.

Bay Area native & former San Francisco Giant, Kevin Frandsen, was also in town as he is currently an analyst for the Washington Nationals! It was a lot of fun having Kevin on the show as he reflected on his life, being a dad, growing up an SF Giants fan & what his experience was like playing with Barry Bonds.
