Experiencing dark, difficult emotions is a normal and natural part of life. They happen to all of us. And yet very few of us are taught how to handle “dark matters” like loneliness, anxiety, insecurity, resentment, and depression—all of which are all addressed in this 5-part series.
In this episode, Roy focuses on resentment. While anger itself is a difficult emotion, when it’s allowed to fester and metastasize, it becomes resentment, a far more dangerous emotion. Resentment damages us physically, emotionally, and especially relationally.
