Running in the Center of the Universe

Week 12 on into race day is over! I ran the River City Half Marathon in Richmond Va on 3-7-2026 and had a great time. It was the first Sportsbackers race I did with my daughter who has now completed 2 half marathons. I think I've done 20 or 30, I'm not sure. Although I've slowed down over the years, I still challenge myself with time goals. This episode has my thoughts on the race and of course other topics! The Ashland Railroad 'Rails and Trails' 10k is Saturday, March 21, 2026. In the spirit of the upcoming race, I decided to dig into the podcast archives and pull out an old show about the same event.
