Sean Lyons is a Partner at Up Hospitality Partners in Nashville. Sean got his first job in a restaurant when he was 13 at a Spanish restaurant in Chicago. At this early age, he knew he wanted to own a restaurant one day. Sean went on to study hospitality and then finance at Purdue University while also training to become a competitive ballroom dancer. From 2016-2018, he worked for Hillstone Restaurant Group. He then began working for Dream Hotel Group which brought him to Nashville in 2018.
