This week, a new Connected lineup thanks the previous hosts for their service, then moves on to discuss their latest tech purchases and iOS 18. Somehow, they also fix gaming at Apple.

The guys score their picks regarding Apple's "It's Glowtime" event.

It's Glowtime! Apple's annual iPhone keynote is September 9, so Federico, Myke, and Stephen peered into a crystal ball and have returned with a range of predictions for the event.

Federico tried an iPhone screen protector, Stephen remembered some dates, and Myke interrupted the first St. Jude read of the year. Lastly, Apple has an upcoming event, so the guys take some time to reevaluate the Bill of Rickies.

It's a busy week on the show. The guys cover some iPhone rumors, changes at Apple Podcasts, the announcement of Monument Valley 3, and iOS 18's final days in beta, all before discussing the idea of the "Apple cult" starting to fade.

This week, Google unveiled the Pixel 9 line, Apple turned its eye toward Patreon, and many anniversaries arrived.

Federico is back from the beach and has some concerns about changes in iOS 18. Myke isn't too broken up about the SuperDrive's demise, and Stephen is still working hard on Performa Month. Also, Mozilla may be in trouble.
