Episode 30, and the final episode of Series Three is a rich and valuable one. I talk to Dancer, Mother and Nike Master Trainer Alex Hipwell and ask her all our fitness and nutrition questions. Alex shares her experience as a dancer and the way her view has changed now she is a qualified trainer. We share our own experiences with toxic eating habits and at times dangerous relationships with exercise.  Alex is so passionate to change this industry for the better and is so motivated to make sure qualified advice and guidance is on offer so dancers don't have to suffer because of these out dated opinions on our bodies. I was so excited to chat to Haley Monaghan and our conversation was one of my favourites. From Katy Perry to Dua Lipa she has danced on stages all over the world and her insight runs so deep and wide! What I love most about Haley is her passion and love for her work at The She Project UK, she endeavours to spread female empowerment as far as she can through her workshops. In episode 28 I talk to the enigmatic Rose Alice. Rose is a dancer, creator and Artist Director of London based dance company, International Arts Collective. Rose trained as a classical ballerina before quickly realising she wasn't fitting in and wasted no time in creating a path for herself. Her passion for dance is so evident in our conversation and her raw artistic soul is so inspiring to listen to. Rose tells us about the work she's done with Tech, in film and how she has learnt to keep herself grounded and motivated. In this episode I talk to dancers Charlie Peters, aka Lola La Tease. Charlie and I have a lot in common and it was so lovely to pick her brain and hear her story. Charlie has done it all from the big ballets at world renowned classical companies to creating her own Burlesque act in Berlin. She has so much valuable wisdom and experience and is a great example of keeping your mind open and trying new things because it could lead you to your calling!
