    We all know how difficult it can be to lose weight especially as you get older. Every year after the age of 30 we lose 3-5% of our muscle mass. So it definitely does not get easier. Now compound that with our responsibilities at work, at home and it can be even more difficult if you have injuries. Difficult but not impossible!!!! Today I sit down with one of our most successful clients John. John is an assistant principal and gives us all his secrets he used to drop a bunch of fat. He talks about "the bell schedule" and how he uses his job to make his fitness easier. John also has serious back issues, he was completely bed ridden for months and was so nervous to start training with us. He even called me and said "I Dont think I can do more then 1 month".
