In this solo episode, I bring to light some of the realisations I've had around my wellbeing and my relationship to my work; both outer and inner.  And how I feel we are collectively shifting from a very masculine dominated outward-work mentality into a more feminine, emotional, intuitive inward-work flow.  A restructuring of how we look after ourselves, whats important and a prioritising of the inner work and healing.  A realising that the inner work is the most important work!  And that through this process of inward focusing, the medicine and outward work comes naturally. In this episode, I share about my perspective on covid and how it is a really powerful time for deep reflection.  A time to rethink the structures and the systems that we live under, and a reflection on capitalism and colonialism needing to take accountability for the destruction of the earth.  A powerful time to go within, disentangle from from the toxicity that keeps us tied down,  in order to reclaim our true power and potential within.  It's an important time to embrace the change and create the new world we want to see.  My thoughts, prayers, love, blessings and strength go out to everyone during this uncertain time.
