Each week I speak to a new guest with a very interesting job. I am Laura Leoncini and today my guest is Tiana Conlon. Tiana is a Manager at the Tourist office of La Chaux de fond in the canton of Neuchatel in Switzerland. I know that tourism as a job attracts many people: the pleasure of traveling, discovering new places, get to know the local customs, learn new cultures, and see amazing landscapes. Tiana, you work in tourism, and your job is quite diverse, you get to explore your region and to help tourists discover your own canton. Can you tell me what your job entails? 

When I think of a marine ecologist, or a marine biologist, I imagine someone working in nature, scuba diving in search of the most remote marine species, understanding the way the oceans work, and how to save endangered marine life. I imagine them far away from the bustling city life, and away from stress. Is is the truth? Or is it a myth?I invited Ashlee Lillis to speak about her job as a Marine Ecologist and what it entails.Ashlee has an organisation called Sound Ocean Science. Maxime Frechet started out with a bachelor in biology and pathophysiology; when he was at the lab, he soon realised all he was looking forward to is to go to the gym and train. He took on studies to qualify and he became personal trainer. His job allowed him to see the world and to fulfil his passion. Today he lives in Geneva and works at Harmony Fitness.
