The 18th CrossFit Games is fast approaching this August in Fort Worth, Texas yet for the FIRST TIME in the history of the Games the majority of the events will be held inside. Bill and Chase have been behind the scenes of the CrossFit Games since 2010 and they break down what athletes will need to do to best prep for the 2024 CrossFit Games.

The "Fittest Gameshow on Earth" returns and we have our first BACK to BACK champion! Ellia Miller returns as our first contest looking to claim thae elusive title of "Grand Champion" as she goes for three wins in a row. Before that happens though, we have two new challengers ready to battle it out on the Jeopardy board with her. First, the man behind Fake News, Drunken Interns and Coffee Pods and Wods, Pedro White. The second would say he could beat you at CrossFit with one hand tied behind his back and he would be right, Casey Acree.

The "Fittest Gameshow on Earth" returns and we have a new returning champion. Ellia Miller looks to defend her title against two new challengers: "Captain Jump Ship" Seth Page and "The voice for CrossFit Affiliates" Matt Souza.

We previewed the programming but after 3 weeks we finally get to analyze the programming. Taylor Self joins the show today as the guys sit down and see if their initial assessment of the programming still holds true after 3 weeks and hundreds of athletes putting the programming to the test.

The final week of Semifinals is over and we might have saved the best for last. Bill and Chase sit down and recap all the action from Heart Warming and Heart Breaking moments from the weekend.
