They did it folks! They did it! The Denver Nuggets on the back of Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr gut out a gritty 94-89 victory over the Miami Heat to secure their first ever NBA champtionship. It's surreal and wonderful to behold for a long time fan who never thought he would see this day.

In the second half Jeff reflects on the long journey to this point for himself. How he got here and just how damn long it's been. It is validating to see this now.

Kawhi had a great game but the Clippers needed every bit of his 39 points as the Nuggets lost due to lack of adjustment to the Jokic Rules and missed free throws and a huge turnover.
