One could say that Tron: Legacy (2010) is a polarizing film. If you were born at a certain time, it’s legendary Daft Punk score and slick visuals are probably pretty nostalgic for you. Closing out our spooky month, we’re taking a look at The Vast of Night (2019). A small town in New Mexico starts hearing some disturbances in the night, and two young teens investigate where they might be coming from. The film is more Twilight Zone than Saw, but it certainly makes you think about what goes bump in the night. It’s the debut film of Andrew Patterson, starring Sierra McCormick and Jake Horowitz.
