Raniero is a Franciscan priest and Cardinal.  He has served as the preacher to the Papal Household since 1980, under John Paul 2, Benedict 18 and Pope Francis.

Cantalamessa is a well-known supporter of Catholic Charismatic renewal. Pope Francis raised him to the rank of cardinal on 28 November 2020.

This is the type of teaching three popes have requested, well worth a listen.
