Wisconsin cannabis advocates applaud federal reclassification, Baldwin decries ICE funding vote

A new order from the Trump administration will classify marijuana as a less dangerous drug.  Wisconsin agencies are beginning the process of asking for federal assistance after devastating flooding and tornadoes in several counties.  And, Sen.
