Gridlocked?

The PM launches a plan with the aim of helping businesses connect to the grid faster. In his first speech to party conference since taking over as Labour's leader, Burnham will announce the launch of Great British Grid -- a public company that will be able to invest in the grid. Businesses will also get more freedom to "self-build" connections. Sean Farrington takes a look at whether it will difference.
