When the Stars Guide you

This episode is with Nicole Udd, a globe trotter and full-time sunshine!  She is from Finland, but doesn't speak Finnish at all. Interesting, right? Her journey started when she moved to the US at the age of 18, and ever since she has lived in London, UK and Alicante, Spain as well! A song that she listened to a couple weeks ago reminded her that whenever she looked up the stars she imagined whats possible and then simply - went for it.  Listen to her speak about her passion and purpose in traveling, what hurdles she overcomes when moving and how she keeps up with her relationships around the globe! 

2020 was massive right?  I think we all expected something different from this year other than lockdowns, quarantines and travel restrictions!  However, 2020 came with a lot of blessings and realisations! I have sat down and reflected on the biggest learnings and feel like its only fair to share what I have come up with!  For 2021, I am taking all these realisations with me - 2020 we learned - 2021 we apply! I wish everyone a great start into this new chapter and a year full of life, experiences and joy! 

In this episode I'm talking to Kenady! She is 16 years old and when I met her, she was 12! I used to take care of her when I first went to the US as an Au Pair and ever since we've had a sister-like relationship!  She talks about cultural differences, misunderstandings and how it was to have someone live in her house who was from abroad! What she might found awkward, exciting or surprising. Also - Kenady tells us what she took from it and how beneficial this experience was for her future!

Her experiences are inspiring and what she has learned from all of it even more. Many times we don't know how we will do things and end up not doing it at all - Camila however is a master of figuring it out and what she is rewarded with youl'l hear in this episode!

This first episode is a little bit about me, the host - Sophia!  You'll hear me talk about why this podcast is important to me, what to expect and some insight of my adventures!  We tend to live in our realities and think they are right. However, there's no ONE way to live! With 19 I went to the US and loved every single bit of it. A little later I could see some things I wasn't aware of before. Not right or wrong, just aware.  It is interesting to stop, look and see &then build your opinion based on own experiences!  These experiences I love to share and talk about all things traveling, exploring, adventuring!
