Now to understand Probability over Consequence you also have to understand what Risk Tolerance is and the difference between Risk/Hazard is. No matter what you do, no matter who you are.  You are contently playing a game of Probability over Consequence. So, Let’s dive in! But first! WHEN SHOULD YOU UPGRADE TO LEVEL 2 - PODCAST - THE ROPE ACCESS AND CLIMBING PODCAST   Hello and welcome back to The Rope Access and Climbing Podcast. Today I’m chatting about when you should upgrade from level 1 to level 2.  SPRAT or IRATA, my thoughts are the same.  I think everyone should upgrade as soon as possible.  No matter what everyone else out there says.
