232. Building Your Reconnection Strategy

What if, instead of wondering what you should do next, you had a thoughtful strategy for reconnecting with your estranged adult child? When your adult child "goes no contact," are you supposed to just stop trying to reach out? How can you find out what's wrong? And what about "less contact" -- what does that mean? Usually, no contact means no contact. But other times it means "no contact unless..." or "no contact until..." and this might not always be obvious.
