Happy Women's History Month! Starting the month with a bang! In this episode, I talk about the Girlboss mentality and why I personally do not subscribe to it. I share how I use to work myself to the ground to the point where I was physically abusing my body without realizing it. A full year later, I can confidently say that I do not subscribe to this lifestyle anymore. Instead, I share how I have prioritized taking a Sabbath (day of rest) every week. It has done me wonders! We also dissect why the Girlboss movement lacks particularly when it comes to intersectionality.
