She has worked for many market leaders such as Dorchester Collection and Savoy Group. With annual turnover nearing 100 mio, Antje managed large teams, large budgets and large-scale projects such as numerous hotel refurbishments. In her last Global role, she also served as NED & Board member of an international joint venture.   Throughout her entire career, Antje was driven to support others in their professional development.
