It was relatively easy getting set up in Europe and running my virtual medical practice. But here in Tehran, it's a different story. From the Internet to the VPN to even opening a bank account, it's all complicated and frustrating.

The frustration is worth it if you can enjoy the process and you have realistic expectations. What usually would take me 1 day in Spain has taken me nearly 2 weeks here in Iran. Then there is the time zone difference and the slow internet speeds.

It's been fun, however. In this episdoe I'll give you my initial impressions and my prief interaction with the Iranian healthcare system.
