Everyday of the work week we take our lunch hour to hand out and talk about what is going on in the world of Sports, Entertainment and especially the world of CrossFit and Fitness.  Today we talk about the movie Den of Thieves, Emma Lawson goes to BRUTE, Mayhem Affiliates? and Jamie qualifies for WFP in Indianapolis.

Everyday we take our lunch hour to take a break from the work day and hang out with our little community talking about what is going on in the world of Enterainment, Sports and specifically CrossFit.  Todoay is Top 5 Tuesday and we will be talking about which movements are the hardest to judge with our speacial Guest Andrew Sten and Jeffrey Birchfield.

Every Sunday Night Carolyne Prevost, Jamie Latimer and Scott Switzer go through the weeks fitness news events to have a colaborative show with you the audience.  This week we wrap up the Open and talk about how Carolyne and Jamie both won thier age group, and finished very high in the elite division world wide.  We will talk about the WFP Qualifier events for Challengers, and look in on the leaderboard as the qualifier comes to an end.  We will also look at the sale of CrossFit and who has stated they want to purchase it.  Plus we will take questions from you for Jamie and Carolyne the Fittest 35-39 year old and the fittest 40-44 Year old woman in this year's CrossFit Open.

We use our lunch hour to hang out and relax mid-day and talk about what is going on in the world of sports, entertainment and especially CrossFit and fitness.  Today we talk about Hiller's Video with Tyson Bagent, What is going on in the WFP, and should Cat start a dating show.

Each week Charlie, Amy, Cat and Scott catch up with each other about life, family and CrossFit.  Today we talk about our Open finishes, The WFP Challenger Qualifiers and whatever else may come up through conversation and the Chat.
