This is designed to sooth your nervous system when you wake at 3am (or thereabouts) with a racing mind, a jangling nervous system and a sense of despair at having woken up when you desperately want to be asleep. We all have those nights and the worry about simply being awake can be disruptive in itself. In this long meditation we find several simple ways to sooth your mind, body and spirit so that you can rest, fall back to sleep and self-soothe.
