In today's podcast, I interviewed Dr. Whitney Dyer who specializes in OCD. Dr. Whitney Dyer explains how OCD works, treatment management, and explores various themes commonly struggled with amongst the OCD community. She shares deep insight and empathy into what it means to go through recovery from OCD and how commonly misdiagnosed it can be. 

In today's podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Juliet Gustafson, OCD & BFRB therapist on all things OCD! As a Michigan-based therapist, Juliet talks about her own experience with OCD. She discusses what her first experiences were as a child, trying medication, and different themes she had struggled with. Today's episode I interview Allyson Ford @bodyjustice.therapist on all things eating disorders!  Allyson is a therapist in CA specializing in eating disorders and OCD. In today's episode she explains in depth some common eating disorders, what the differences between them are, and some factors that contribute to developing one. In addition, Allyson teaches about ERP therapy and the correlation between OCD and eating disorders!

With over 18 years of experience working with children, teens, and families, Liz is passionate about treating anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorders.
