Susan Mackenty Brady is a CEO, Wall Street Journal bestselling author and speaker about respect as a leader’s ultimate catalyst for accountability, inclusivity and results.


As the founding CEO of The Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership she holds the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Chair for Women and Leadership where she teaches leadership teams how to create cultures of respect.


Susan is also the co-author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller of:

  • Arrive & Thrive: 7 Essential Practices of Women Navigating Leadership (McGraw-Hill, April 2022),
