Problem - people pop out of nowhere with BOGO posts and talk about sales - no strategy.
Problem aware: I have dry hair. Not sure what will help fix it.
Solution aware: I know that a good deep conditioner and hair moisturizing masque will help.
Most of your followers are problem aware because you aren’t talking to them about the benefits of your solution.
Things to do to Prep for Black Friday:
Do you know what your sale will be? If not, take a guess on your flagship product
Start creating content - tell stories, talk about benefit / benefit of benefit of main stuff
Have short reels, stories and videos of you demonstrating your product.
- Stay away from company graphics - people don’t pay attention.
Post social proof that you can refer to
Do FB Lives / Stories / Reels / TTs, etc. to share
Quick, consumable content
Make a list of problems that your main product solves / Make a list of the benefit of your product - use this as a content inspiration list
-Use trending audios / short reels to create content that reinforces to your customer that you can solve a general problem for them:
