It was another fabulous Birds of a Feather at the Flamingo Hotel in Santa Rosa this year. This event is a wonderful reminder to me of how much energy, passion, joy, and love that we have in our community and how I am grateful to be a part of it. Friday night in the ballroom was an “all vinyl” evening and I was honored to share the decks with Alvaro, DJ M3, and Wicked crew’s own DJ Garth. I didn’t know what to expect closing down the room for the night and was blessed to find a veteran crew on my dance floor ready to throw down. This set has some favorite house tracks from the late 90’s and early 2000’s, but what made it special for me was the breaks tracks that i got to play in the last 20 minutes of the set. It does not often happen, but the mood felt, right so there ya go. And there was a 3rd turntable setup, so I put some use to that as well. Hope you enjoy and thank you to everyone that made the weekend so special. Not actually my set from oh so vibrant and youthful DJ Brad Robinson's birthday rave, Lost In Space, last weekend. But close. This is my prep session, plus an extra 100 minutes of tracks, the whole thing taking off like a rocket and then floating gently off into the cosmos. Enjoy! - 8b

This one hits different now. DJ Dan and Krafty Kuts spent six months collaborating to build this set - trading ideas, pulling tracks, working toward something the community would remember. What came out of that process is what you're hearing: two artists at the top of their craft, playing as one, on New Year's Day in San Francisco at the Breakfast of Champions stage. Dan brought everything he had that day. He always did. We are all still processing the loss of DJ Dan. These two legends wanted to bring everything they had to the BoC crowd and that they did. This set is about bringing people together and experiencing the joy and community that music provides. Dan always said music is healing. This mix is proof. Recorded live — January 1, 2026 It's a New Day + BOC Breakfast of Champions New Year's Day Block Party Great Northern, San Francisco

After a brief hiatus, it’s such an honor to return to Breakfast of Champions / It’s a New Day with my Space Cowboys family. This one is special because it marks the very first set that features 100% original @kevnull productions—some released and many unreleased, including a last minute bootleg of Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill,” in honor of the Stranger Things series finale that aired a week prior. This set is a journey through many genres and bpms but I think you’ll find that, no matter what, it still has that kev/null sound. DJs out there, feel free to reach out if you want any of the tracks for use! Tracklist: 1. Pop It (Original Mix) - kev/null 2. Lift Off (Original Mix) - kev/null 3.
