In this solo episode I get a little personal, sharing my faith journey, from a secular Christian upbringing to years of exploring Buddhism, Hinduism, Waldorf education and anthroposophy, and now a return to the tradition I was born into, caveats and all.

I also talk about why ritual and reverence aren’t just spiritual concepts. There’s real science behind why humans need them and how daily journaling through the GOLDENTIME Journal has become my most consistent bridge to Spirit or God.

If you’ve ever felt spiritually homeless, this one’s for you.
