333: Body Image, Eating Behaviour and Social Media with Charlotte Markey

Eating disorders can follow some rather similar patterns, and one of these is the restrict, binge, purge cycle. As part of this episode I look at each of the elements of the cycle and the most important place to put your focus if you want to break out of this cycle.
