I share the importance of prioritising tasks and doing the hardest thing first, as well as the mindset shift of rehearsing things to remove pressure and foster creativity. I also talk about the concept of allocating levers to achieve goals when you get stuck and the power of reverse engineering. Byron's approach to photography is influenced by classical black and white nudes and he aims to evoke emotion and create a connection with his subjects.
