This week, Democratic representatives introduced a resolution to block the Trump administration's new civilian nuclear agreement with Saudi Arabia. The deal paves the way for the U.S. to help Saudi Arabia build a nuclear power program for peaceful purposes. OpenAI announced it had discovered six new instances of "concerning or unexpected" behavior by its artificial intelligence models. It follows repeated warnings about how rapid advances in AI threaten to outpace the ability to develop the tech safely. The EPA announced it is repealing rules limiting greenhouse gas emissions from coal and gas-fired power plants.
