Season 2, Episode 5: The Posture of Good Partnership: Greater Together   Coming out of Season 1 of Mission Shift, we were left with a nagging question: In this new era of missions–when mission engagement is from everywhere to everywhere–how do we in the West partner well with believers in locations traditionally labeled as mission fields?   Once again, we set out to learn from missions leaders and practitioners from all over the globe. We interviewed 22 men and women engaged in sending and receiving missions to learn about partnership and power dynamics in global missions. He originally hails from Ghana, but now lives in Orlando. Dela’s past roles have included National Director of his home country of Ghana, Director of Affairs for Southern and Eastern Africa, International Director and later Vice President for Leadership Development, and Vice President for Africa, the Middle East and Central Asian Republics.  Dela has authored several books, including Leading Transformation in Africa, Transforming Africa Inside-out, Empowering Leadership, Revival and Spiritual Awakening, Approaches to Christianization in Africa, and Religion and Government in Africa.
