This quiet, introspective practice focuses on the deeper layers of the body—connective tissues, ligaments, and joints—primarily in the hips, pelvis, and spine. Through longer holds and gentle surrender, you’ll cultivate patience, trust, and a sense of ease while encouraging your nervous system to relax and reset. Whether you’re new to yin yoga or returning to your practice, this class offers a supportive space to slow down, soften, and let gravity do the work. I’ll provide options for props and show you how to use everyday items like pillows or blankets if you don’t have yoga props at home. Join me to release tension, find balance, and welcome the yin qualities of stillness, rest, and compassion. Props Needed: Wall, Blanket, Block, Strap, Bolster (options will be given if you don’t have these props) Poem: After Softening by Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer
