In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Kenzie recalls moments where she has faced anxiety and discusses her struggle with managing panic attacks. Over time, she's come to realize that talking to someone can tremendously help calm down the excess noise in her mind. Little did she know that the people around her want to help.
