Fam! This season has been a blast, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on three crucial factors when choosing your next focus.  Reflecting on my past, I used to be all about the quick buck, hustling and making choices solely based on immediate gains. But I realized I was feeling burnt out and unfulfilled.  So, I discovered the three things you need to know when shifting directions and pursuing a higher vision. Here’s a quick peek: 1- SOUL OR EGO Is the next direction I’m going in, in line with my soul or my ego? 2- LETTING GO Am I willing to let go of who I was and embody who I am becoming? 3- THE LONG GAME Am I willing to be in it for the long game and let go of the idea of a quick fix?  I recently experienced this shift in my life, choosing a path that challenged me, yet set me free. I decided to embrace the unknown and trust in the process, breaking free from limitations and finding limitless potential. After my recent time in Portugal, where I encountered numerous challenges and gained invaluable lessons, I want to continue exploring the theme of worthiness with all of you and discover the power of choosing worthiness in our lives. In today’s episode we’ll be covering: The Cellular Response: When we say the word "worthiness," our bodies react in unique ways. Let's explore the physical and emotional responses we have when confronted with our own worthiness. Making the Choice: Repeat after me, "I am worthy." Through this practice, we can tap into the medicine of worthiness and begin to embody it fully. It may take time and repetition, but we have the power to choose worthiness for ourselves and embrace anything that arises within our consciousness and heart space. The Path to Grace: Walking the path of worthiness requires grace, as it involves accepting both the struggles and challenges, as well as the joy and pleasure that life offers.  Community: By being in community and engaging with others on a similar journey, we can reflect upon our own worthiness and recognize the greatness within us. Remember, worthiness is a choice we make repeatedly until it becomes an inherent part of our being. It may not always be easy, as our minds often present limitations and self-doubt, but we have the birthright to manifest and create the life we desire. Let us break free from the narratives that hold us back and step into the fullness of our worth.
