Which way it goes depends on your relationship with the emotion. In this conversation we explore:- How anger is an indicator for underlying emotions- How anger can be very damaging for our physical and mental health - Why anger is so much more accepted in the corporate world than the ' softer' emotions - How Anger is never about the other person.
