Hood discussed Sports Illustrated top 100 NFL players in 2026: Where does Caleb Williams rank? Bears fans offseason trade suggestions, DJ Moore for Max Crosby? 

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed Caleb Williams snagging some offseason team awards and national praise.  FS1's Nick Wright's NFL QB Mountain: Where did Caleb Williams land? Kap & Shea fight over Caleb Williams vs Drake Maye. Who's better? The Platform w/Shea's Norling: Giannis Antetokounmpo needs to just ask for a trade!

Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Wide Receiver and afternoon radio co-host ESPN Chicago Tom Waddle joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Chicago Bears offseason and the latest NFL storylines.  Kap & J. Hood discussed offseason moves by the Cubs and White Sox.  Cubs President of Baseball Ops Jed Hoyer gave the latest update on Nico Hoerner and more. 

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed weighing the pros and cons about going all-in for a Crosby or Hendrickson trade to pot commit for a Super Bowl, weighed against trying to find solutions for four or more years. What should the focus of the Bears be this offseason: Go all-in and pot commit to make yourselves a clear Super Bowl contender by acquiring a big name, or continue building a longer-term window despite nothing being promised? 

Hour 3: NFL Insider for SI.com Albert Breer joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears and the latest NFL storylines.  Kap & J. Hood played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL and the Kap & J. Hood Cut Of The Day.  

Hour 2:  Kap & J. Hood discussed the possible end of an era. Has LeBron James played his last game in Chicago?  Who's building the lemonade stand Kap or Shea? Can you trust Ryan Poles to build a great defense?  If you don't believe Poles can pick a good defensive player, why does he have a job at all?  Has your trust in Ryan Poles increased after this past season, or are you still suspect of his ability to scout talent? Dibs is huge in Chicago! 

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed Waddle and Silvy saying the Bears being linked to older pass rushers like Maxx Crosby and Trey Hendrickson, with Silvy saying he doesn't trust Poles to pick defensive players in the draft, so maybe veteran is the better route. If you don't believe Poles can pick a good defensive player, why does he have a job at all?  Has your trust in Ryan Poles increased after this past season, or are you still suspect of his ability to scout talent?
