Specifically, they ruled that Trump cannot federalize Illinois National Guard troops and deploy them to the streets of Chicago. Donald Trump's Attorney General Pam Bondi apparently believes that she is above the law. She blatantly violated the Epstein Files Transparency Act by releasing only a small fraction of the files which is in violation of federal law. Jack Smith has testified to Congress. He wanted to testify publicly but Rep.
