Driving today, I've been reflecting on the power of reinvention. Madonna, for example, continuously reinvented herself throughout her career. It's a challenge to change; to push beyond comfort zones. They're uncomfortable with your progress as it magnifies their own stagnation. But remember, it's about focusing on your growth and leading by example. Never try to change someone, just offer help. Reinventing yourself isn't just about superficial changes. It's about realigning your identity. When you identify as fit, for instance, the actions to achieve fitness become a natural part of you. The failures come when these actions are mere goals rather than part of your identity. I believe everyone has the power to reinvent. You don't owe anyone consistency.
