NY Fashion Week has descended upon my life, so I am out BUT in the meantime enjoy an oldie but a goodie from last year!  Including a woman dealing with a messy break up and a very sexy Summer of Outside success.

Today as promised, I am bringing you our official welcome to "F it We Ball Fall".  Summer ending doesn't mean the fun stops.  Join me in truly adopting everything Fall has to offer, while I encourage you (and myself) to put the phone down a bit more this season.  I am excited for Fall, and I want all of you to be too!

It's the official kick off to "F it we ball fall", and I couldn't be more excited to talk to all of you.  We start with a caller who is struggling over some bad photos of her, and needs a shift to help get out of the negative thoughts.  We also dive into the societal problem of judging women with cats but loving men with dogs, and I create a Eutopia for all of us to go to get away from the grind.

Labor Day Weekend is here and I am headed to Martha's Vineyard for some friend time, and a DJ gig.  To wrap up the summer I present to you my favorites from the month of August!  Have an incredible (and safe) long weekend, and I will talk to you all live on Wednesday.

It's the final show ahead of Labor Day Weekend, but as we mourn the death of Summer we are ready for one more fun weekend.  We have a few callers who circle back around about some true horror stories about cleaning up after your dog.  We give some advice to a Senior in college about how to soak up the fun during her final year, and end with a great framework theory from one of our many brilliant callers.

Happy Monday everyone, so happy to be back as we are rapidly approaching the end of summer.  I catch everyone up about my life this past weekend including multiple DJ sets, dates, and wrapped it all up at the US Open.  Mondays aren't for AMA but I had to take a caller who is preparing for a bachelorette party where one of the girls are bringing her husband and newborn...to stay in the SAME HOUSE!
