Lauren Ryan went back to back, winning Zatopek:10 in 32:06.66, kicking home ahead of Georgie Grgec and Leanne Pompeani who had led much of the race. Seth O’Donnell dominated the field to win Zatopek:10 in 27:59.65, with only Stewy McSweyn going with Seth for much of it. Ed Marks placed second ahead of the defending Jack Rayner. Scarlett Robb kicked down to take the win in the Ondieki U20 3000m from Imogen Baker right at the line, with Eliza Lawton in third. Alexander Cameron-Smith won the de Castella U20 3000m in 8:04.77 ahead of Lucas Chis and Kieran Shepherd.

Abbey Caldwell was dominant in the Open 3000m, winning in 9:14.47 ahead of Zoe Melhuish and Jaylah Hancock-Cameron. Aths Vic Results Hub

Belgium were the winning team ahead of the UK and France. Thierry Ndikumwenayo of Spain held off Jimmy Gressier to take the title in a sprint finish with Dominic Lobalu in third.
