IN EPISODE 165: The CIA is one of the most secretive organizations on earth, but its mission is blazingly clear: To protect the American homeland. Behind that mission is a culture of development and connection that makes the mission possible. In Episode 165, CIA's associate director of talent, Sheronda Dorsey, takes us inside the agency and explains how CIA helps its officers progress in their careers, what the agency does to attract a diverse talent pool, and what you can expect if you want a job at CIA. This declassified episode is a must for anyone who wants a behind-the-scenes view of how CIA works -- and how to make its culture work for your organization, too. ABOUT SHERONDA DORSEY: Sheronda Dorsey is the Associate Director of CIA for Talent, where she leads the agency's efforts related to talent management and performance, recruitment, education and training. Sheronda previously served as the Chief of the Talent Acquisition Office overseeing the recruitment and hiring of CIA's talent; and as Chief of Staff in the Directorate of Support, where she helped oversee the day-to-day management of CIA’s business and support portfolio. Sheronda started her career as an imagery analyst and she also helped me start my CIA medallion collection, but the rest of that story is classified, so we'll have to leave it at that!
