In this episode, I get personal about my own fears around intimacy, vulnerability, and being truly seen. Because the truth is, most of us are afraid of intimacy on some level—not because we don’t want connection, but because real intimacy asks us to expose the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to protect.
I explore what it means to face those fears instead of running from them, and why doing the inner work requires us to step into the arena—to have the uncomfortable conversations, allow ourselves to be seen, and risk the vulnerability that genuine connection requires.
Because you can’t experience deeper intimacy without being willing to meet yourself there first
