Have you created a “cliff notes” sentence for a time in your life? Sentences like, “I was heartbroken”, “My parents got divorced”, and others, are ones we create to condense our living experience into a short, digestible, way for others. These are also known as a “Mono-Narrative.” Today, I am sharing with you how to identify what your mono-narrative is and how to change it. While we aren’t able to change the past, we can change the narrative inside our head around the past.
