What does America look like from inside the Oval Office, and what do you learn about leadership when you've actually run for President of the United States? I don't normally talk politics on this show, but when I got the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Ben Carson, I couldn't pass it up. This isn't a political conversation. It's a rare opportunity to hear from someone who's run for President and had a front-row seat inside the most powerful office in the world. Dr. Ben Carson has occupied seats very few human beings ever will. He went from growing up in poverty in Detroit to becoming one of the most accomplished neurosurgeons in the world, then stepped into an entirely different arena and ran for President of the United States. He entered the race because he was deeply concerned about where he believed the country was heading and felt called to do whatever he could to make a difference.
